We like to get to know everyone’s clients, not just our own. Everyone here will give you the same great service and attention so you can FEEL YOUR BEST.

ZIGGY

Ziggy has always had a vision of how a salon could be and is excited to welcome you to a totally new experience. Ziggy is a master stylist who is a pacesetter in the salon industry. He has always taken the lead with his ideas and innovations and has devoted his entire life to the art and continuous learning. His dedication to his clients is meaningful and he always goes above and beyond with his 40+ years’ experience and creativity. He loves learning from others as well as cultivating new talent which is why people keep coming back!

LEXIE

Lexie has advanced training in Balayage and easy, flowing cuts. Her specialties include dimensional, vivid and unique color techniques. Her upbeat personality paired with her devotion to her career allows her clients to receive a memorable experience with every visit. She is our hands-on Salon Coordinator with 5+ years in the business. Lexie is a Pittsburgh native and graduate of Bella Capelli Academy who continually educates herself to hone her skills. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

GRACE

Grace has always had a love for the salon industry in all aspects. She is a graduate of Bella Capelli Academy who specializes in balayage and lived-in color. She is also trained using tape-in extensions. Her guests fall in love with the transformations she has been able to achieve. Grace loves a natural color pallet and soft “beachy” curls to finish off the look. You will have a fun and relaxing experience because of her personable approach and ease with talking to anyone. Grace enjoys traveling but especially to Ireland and Scotland to visit family and friends and spent time living in Dublin. She grew up in the Sewickley area and enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family in her free time.

JULIA

Julia has a passion for craft haircuts that guys are looking for as well as the nostalgic tradition of the hot lather and hot towel treatments. Her clients always leave feeling there best with a fresh, custom look. She has the ability to bring a vision to reality with her specialty cuts and styles. Julia has 26+ years in the industry with a specialty in custom cuts for men and boys. Julia trained at The Aveda Institute of Minnesota. She is a New York native and enjoys calling Sewickley her home with her husband and two children.

ALYSSA

Alyssa has a passion for expressing her artistic ability and customizing styles for each guest. During her time in the industry and working behind the chair she has continued her education by going to hair shows and taking courses in advanced blonding, hair loss and creative cutting. Alyssa is certified in AQUA hand tied extensions as well as OnStage beaded extensions and Brazilian blowouts. Her specialities are advanced color, blonding and hair extensions. Her attention to detail and custom styles leaves her guests with the hair they’ve always wanted. A native of Elkins, West Virginia, Alyssa enjoys exploring new areas in the city, working out and playing with her cat Rice. 

HOSS

Even though his first name is Josh, friends and family call him Hoss. His high school football coach couldn’t remember Josh Crawford, so he called him Hoss Cartwright, and it just stuck. Hoss has always been artistic and expresses his creativity with video production and photography. His plan was to play football and major in sports broadcasting but quickly changed over to Digital Media Production at SRU. Wanting to push is artistic talents in a different direction, he decided to enroll in barber school. He fell in love with this form of expression. It’s a perfect fit for him because he is hard working and loves to interact with his clients at ZIGsZEN. Hoss has a great sense of humor and will make your visit enjoyable while you get the cut and shave you are looking for.

JULES

Jules passion for hair and beauty came to her at an early age. She has worked in a salon since she was only 16. A graduate of Bella Capelli / Paul Mitchell, she has already mastered the intricacies of creating the perfect blonde. Her focus is on the undertones that compliment your overall complexion. Since she is so energetic and personable and has a natural ability with the art of color and natural-looking cuts, you will feel at ease in her chair and you will love the results! Jules enjoys spending time with her friends and family, loves her dogs and loves to travel in her free time.

RENEE

Renee brings her master skills in color, highlights, balayage, corrective color, cutting, and razor cuts. She has had extensive training with Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, Desange, Trevor Sorbie, L’Oréal Professional, Wella and Framesi. Renee’s has gained a wealth of experience over the twenty years including: Shadyside and Seven Fields. She has also attended many New York hair shows and continues her education to keep up with latest trends, techniques and current fashions in the hair industry. She is certified in Brazilian Blowouts. She believes that when you look great, you feel great she loves nothing more than making her guests look and feel their best!

Eden graduated from Butler VoTech after 3 years of specializing in cosmotology and is enjoying learning even more by assisting Ziggy. Even though she is the newest member of the style team, she fits right in and makes everyone feel welcome when they enter the salon. She is happy in developing her natural talent for creating beautiful color, highlights and styles for our guests. In her spare time she loves spending time with friends and family, and loves going to new places! 

CARA

Cara has been a hairsylist and colorist for 22 years. She enjoys using her knowledge to create exactly what her clients are envisioning when they sit down in her chair. Cara specializes in blondes, highlights, blowouts and updos. She loves the challenge of a total transformation such as color corrections. Cara places a high value on building strong relationships with her clients so she can understand how to best serve their needs. She is from Erie, PA and moved to Wexford in 2014. She is married with two teenagers and a rescue bulldog.

AUSTIN

Austin is a Pittsburgh native who is currently a senior at ShadySide Academy. He loves being social and interacting with our guests. He always makes everyone feel welcome. Austin is an avid photographer who specializes in senior pictures, professional head shots, and family portraits. He is a Chick Fil-A addict!
